The Bureau of Land Management’s Roseburg, Oregon office required a comprehensive HVAC upgrade in order to improve the indoor air quality and working environment for its staff. This $1.68MM project required multiple carefully-coordinated moves of personnel and equipment in order to phase the project properly to achieve zero impact on BLM operations.
