Portland VA Medical Center Mental Health Clinic Construction

The Renovate P3 104 project was a tenant improvement office renovation to upgrade / convert the space from a former call center “cube farm” to workable clinical office space for the mental health department. Work was in a secure area, required Federal security clearances for all workers, and required careful scheduling of work to not interfere with operations in adjacent occupied spaces.

Viking Engineering & Construction self-performed a large majority of the work, including steel framing, doors, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, and insulation.
